Our Services
Real support, built on real connections.
At Mindful Mentoring and Support Services, we offer tailored support to people of all ages across Adelaide. Everything we do is person-centred — shaped by each individual’s interests, goals, and lifestyle. Our aim is to walk alongside the people we support, helping them build independence, confidence, and a life that feels fulfilling.
We focus on three key areas of support:
Mentoring

Our mentoring service is all about connection. We match participants with mentors who share similar interests — whether that’s sport, gaming, music, cooking, or anything else that lights them up. Through that shared interest, we build meaningful relationships that create space for trust, growth, and goal-setting.
Mentoring can include:
-
Emotional and social support
-
Building routines and confidence
-
Learning life skills like cooking, time management, or budgeting
-
Working towards small, achievable goals
-
Developing independence at a pace that suits the individual
Whether someone needs a bit of guidance or a steady hand to walk alongside them, our mentors are there to empower — not take over.
Daily Support

Our daily support is designed to make everyday life easier, while encouraging independence and capacity building. We don’t just do things for people — we work with them to build the skills and confidence they need to take ownership of their own lives.
Daily support can include:
-
Help with morning routines, cleaning, and meal preparation
-
Assistance with shopping, appointments, or errands
-
Support in social settings and community activities
-
Gentle guidance around healthy habits and daily structure
Each person we support is different — so we take the time to understand what matters to them, and how we can help in a way that feels respectful, flexible, and encouraging.
Transport

Getting around shouldn’t be a barrier to living a full life. Our transport service makes it easy for participants to get to where they need to go — safely, reliably, and with the support of someone they know and trust.
We provide transport to:
-
School, work, and day programs
-
Medical and therapy appointments
-
Social outings, events, and recreational activities
-
Shopping centres or community venues
Where possible, we try to keep the same support worker or mentor involved across both support and transport, so the person always has someone familiar by their side.
